The Beat Budget Phone on Boost Mobile
April 23, 2015
From: Havertown, PA 19083, USA
Age:Under 18
How long on your plan?Under 6 months
Primary Phone Use:Mostly Web & Data
I've had this phone for more than two months now, and I have to say, it rocks! The stock Android 4.4.4 KitKat experience is great, and the phone itself is very quick and responsive. Games run great, with no lag. Even though there is no 4G, the 3G is able to stream videos pretty well and browsing the web is a breeze. The camera is average of course, but I see a good difference between the Moto G's camera and the LG Venice's (my previous phone). I noticed that the flash is very, very bright too. One of the best features of this phone is the battery. The 2070 mAH battery is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S III's battery. I can get through a whole day with some texting, browsing the web, and playing games, and standby mode with the battery at 70% at the end of the day, which is insanely impressive; it gives me 3 full days of battery without a charge. The screen has the best quality a 720p phone screen could ever have; it is so smooth and clear. Sometimes I use the FM/AM radio integrated with this phone, which is one thing even high-end phones don't have. One thing that I'm not satisfied with is the Android version. Android 5.0 Lollipop is out, and I'm sure this phone could handle it with no problem. I hope Android Lollipop comes to the Moto G soon, because it is one thing that leans me toward the Moto E (2nd Generation), which is pretty new, and has Lollipop. Although it still has 4.4.4 KitKat, this phone should hold me off for a while, since it is not a huge issue.
The Moto G is by far an awesome phone, and I don't really have that many complaints for it. I must say, I have been enjoying this phone ever since I got it. I highly recommend this to someone who doesn't wish to spend too much money on a smartphone, but wants the best budget phone possible on the Boost Mobile network.
Pros
stock android 4.4.4 kitkat experience, camera (features and flash), battery (2070 mah), quad-core processor, fm/am radio antenna, size (pocket-sized but not too small)
Cons
no android 5.0 lollipop, no sd card slot
vYes, I recommend this product.

best phone boost mobile has

The internet browsing is as fast if not a little faster than the 4g models eventhough it is 3g.. I find it strange the upload and download speed is about the same as 4g, I also get full signal bars on this one, on my other phone (LG volt) I get 1 signal bar... The phone is blazing fast haven't had any apps force closing and the phone runs perfectly.. The bad= keyboard is small so I downloaded TouchPal keyboard and resized it to be large to fit my large fingers.. I had the boost Max, LG volt and this phone this phone beats them all I hope boost/sprint releases Android lollipop soon as that will make the phone even faster and better.. The not having a SD card slot doesn't bother me I find it to be less of a hassle to move the apps and pictures to a card plenty of space 5.52 gigabytes is enough for me and the apps I install
Pros
screen is crystal clear, very fast phone, 3g is just as fast as the 4g models if not faster, full signal bars are always lit up
Cons
no android lollipop as of yet but coming soon
vYes, I recommend this product.

Good for the first few months
April 17, 2015
When I first got the phone it was great. After the first few months whenever I would text someone or look something up the keyboard would constantly disappear. When I would use the internet it would just stop working and go back to the home page. The battery life also got worse.
XNo, I do not recommend this product.
