    Bad phone

How long on your plan?6 months - 1 year
Primary Phone Use:Mostly Web & Data
This phone is terrible, the GPS NEVER worked right, it would always be within 2 or 3 miles of my true location, so don't get this phone if you want a GPS. A few months after I got it it started glitching and cutting off randomly. Screen would freeze and I'd have to remove battery. I let all that go, stupidly. Then the keyboard quit working. Instead of reporting it then I, stupidly, ignored it and downloaded another keyboard which worked fine. Then the freezing got worse and the phone just cut off one day and wouldn't turn back on. This was 3 days before the warranty, there was no time to send it in. I would have to pay for shipping anyway according to LG. This phone really should be replaced but it won't because all they care about is money oh and by the way my first review was "not acceptable" according to them even though there were no obscenities, they just didn't want anyone to see THE TRUTH. This phone is terrible.

I've owned the F7 for over one year, with little or no complaints. The phone has worked in DC, Fla, Texas, Illinois, Cali, and just about every state on the eastern seaboard. The features are terrific NFC,BT,Adjustable zoom to name a few. The F7 favorably compares to the Sam G4 phone. Tips: turn off apps not needed to prolong battery life. Run the updates when needed. Clean up web history to maintain internet performance. Shut the phone down periodically to refresh it. Use a larger sd card to store photos music and videos. Use a "cloud" storage sight help keep storage open.
    Cons
battery cover has to be removed to access sd card.
    vYes, I recommend this product.

I absolutely love this phone. For those that say otherwise must be a competitor making up stories. I rarely make reviews but since I've had this phone I have to give credit where credit is due.
Great job LG and Boost. I think I may stick around for a while.

    Not worth the money

Had the phone for over a year. It is just ok. GPS issues occasionally making navigation impossible (and no updates to fix this). Old version of Android with no updates coming, Screen is sharp but colors aren't vivid compared to other phones. The contrast on this phone is weak also. (even my old EVO 3D has better color and contrast than this phone). Camera is nice and it's fast. Calls are ok. Speaker phone has an echo making it unusable. I find button placement not at all intuitive. QuickMemo is actually a handy feature and works well if you can train yourself to remember to use it, but a dedicated button where many phone's volume rockers are located is/was a bad idea. Volume rockers are set too low on the left side. Power button is exactly opposite of the QuickMemo button. Get ready to activate one or the other by accident. The bottom line is... if you're thinking of getting this phone, I highly recommend that you look closely at other Boost phones first. It's not that this is a terrible phone, but there are better phones with more modern hardware and newer versions of Android for about the same or even less money. It is overpriced for what it is. Would not recommend this phone for that reason alone.
    Pros
decent camera, good battery life, thin and light, well assembled, decently fast for a dual core
    Cons
jellybean, dual core processor rather than quad, no enhanced lte, poor button placement, marginal display, gps fails occasionally, bad speakerphone
XNo, I do not recommend this product.
