I hate that I didn't research this phone more, and look into the Reviews before purchasing. My complaint is also the Memory. No apps go to the SD CArd, but to the phone, and they put so much Useless stuff in these phones to start that we can't even download and enjoy the ones WE Want.
I did get an a solution from BM via FB regarding the Automatic Updates that are NOT needed to everything that I Don't Use... I hope this help some. Now I get to Control what I want Updated :)
Hello Faye, we understand how frustrating low memory can be. To stop automatic updates, Tap on the Play Store application> the three set of lines next to Play Store (top left corner)>Settings> Auto-update apps> Do not auto-update apps. This will prompt the phone to alert you what needs to be updated, but it will not without your permission. After you have turned off that feature, it is best at this to time un-install any updates you no longer need. ^Shanel B

Gorilla Glass breaks all to easy because LG put too much space between front and rear glass. This was my second and it didn't even last 30 days.. Cracked while wiping with cloth in hand. First made it 45 days before I broke it in trunk of car. both phones continue to work to this day. Other than glass issue excellent phone.
XNo, I do not recommend this product.

I have a total of 10 apps on my phone. Ive had the phone for not even a full month. There is no way to save apps to my sd card. Or a setting to save my pictures automatically to my sd card, and if there is, I havent figured it out, Anytime I want to download something I have to delete 2 apps. It is ridiculous. It was a waste of money.
Cons
storage
XNo, I do not recommend this product.
